- UK - FIrst Class recorded delivery from £3.50
- UK - 2nd Class recorded delivery from £2.50
- UK - Courier £7.50
- UK - FREE for orders over £50
- Europe - Signed and tracked £8
- Rest of World - Signed and tracked £13
If you are an International Customer your postage rates are calculated for you at the checkout stage.
Dispatch and Processing Times
Please note that COVID-19 government legislation on manufaturing has lead to increased turnaround times on processing orders.
Postal/Shipping Timings
- Due to the Challenges posed by COVID 19 for UK orders orders may take between 8 - 10 days to arrive and 10 - 14 days for International Orders.
- Please note we track all orders and in the rare instance where your order has not arrived in the prescribed time, please contact us

Refund & Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
Where there are any issues we are more than happy to issue an exchange of your item for another.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your item for an exchange or refund, simply return your item and email us at SALES@JOHN3SIXTEENSTYLE.COM stating the issues and reasons for return.
We will email you an acknowledgment on receipt of your return request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
On acknowledgment we will then issue a full refund or resend an exchange as appropriate.
